Information accessed
When the operator connects a Google or YouTube account, the application may receive OAuth credentials and the minimum account or channel information required to upload approved videos. The application requests the YouTube upload permission only. It does not request access to email, contacts, payment information or unrelated Google Account data.
How information is used
Google user data is used only to authenticate the operator and upload operator-approved videos to the connected YouTube channel. Credentials are stored as encrypted deployment secrets and are not included in public source code, shared documents, analytics or marketing databases.
Sharing and sale
Google user data and OAuth credentials are not sold, rented, shared with advertisers or used for targeted advertising. Data is shared only with service providers technically required to operate the automation, including Google/YouTube, GitHub Actions, Vercel and the application's secured database.
Retention and security
OAuth credentials are retained only while the automation remains connected. Access is restricted to the operator and secured server-side publishing workflows. Credentials can be revoked through Google Account security settings or removed from the application's deployment settings.
User controls and deletion
The operator may revoke the application's Google Account access at any time at Google Account permissions. Requests concerning stored application data or credential deletion may be sent through the contact information on viveksaran.in.
Google API Services User Data Policy
The application's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Changes
This policy may be updated when the application's permissions or processing practices change. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are made.
